Newsletter and application forms that are configured with a SheetMonkey endpoint are submitted directly from your browser to SheetMonkey at https://api.sheetmonkey.io. When you use one of those forms, SheetMonkey receives the fields you choose to submit and technical data needed to handle the request, and sends the submission to a Google Sheet selected by us. Local directory filters and forms without an external endpoint do not submit data to SheetMonkey. SheetMonkey describes its own processing in its Privacy Policy.

The About page includes an optional video delivered from https://main--jfs-utilities.netlify.app, a Netlify-hosted site. The player is configured not to preload the video. If you choose to play it, your browser contacts that external host and sends technical request data needed to deliver the video. Netlify's Privacy Statement explains when Netlify acts as a controller; its Data Processing Agreement covers processor services under the applicable customer agreement.

The Website also contains links to external websites, social networks, wallets, and applications. When you follow one of these links, your browser contacts that provider. Any cookies or other processing by the external provider are governed by its own privacy and cookie notices. Passive external links do not load those providers into the Website.

The current Website has no analytics-cookie opt-out because it does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. You can still inspect, control, and delete cookies through your browser settings. External services you visit may provide their own cookie controls.
